HOFEX 2023, Asia’s leading international food catering and hospitality equipment exhibition, was held from 10-12 May at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. As the first international food catering and hospitality trade show in Hong Kong after COVID-19, HOFEX 2023 Hong Kong International Food & Hotel Expo returned to liven up the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.
This year’s HOFEX was a three-day, 40,000-square-metre trade fair featuring more than 1,200 exhibitors from Asia and around the world, and attracted 30,823 professional buyers from 64 countries and regions.
Captain Jiang, as a famous brand at home and abroad, was invited to participate in the exhibition with abalone, sea cucumber, fish roe and Buddha Jumping Wall. It attracted a large number of professional exhibitors to negotiate.
