When Zheng Chunfa left ” Zhou Lian Fu” and opened a public house, this dish was the representation. Because the pronunciation of “Fu Shou Quan” was similar to the “Fo Tiao Qiang” in Fuzhou. So “Fo Tiao Qiang” was known to the world.
